About the Jobs
As a construction worker, your daily tasks may include:
- Demolition work and site preparation
- Reinforcement and concrete casting
- Wall and structure building
- Assisting carpenters and other skilled workers during interior construction phases
The work can vary from site to site, offering a chance to learn and develop new skills.
What We Expect
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Basic Finnish language skills (sufficient for site safety communication)
- A valid Finnish construction safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti)
Considered an advantage (but not required): - Previous experience in construction work
- Relevant vocational training
- Category B driving licence and access to your own car
Salary
In Finland, construction workers typically earn gross monthly salaries in the range of EUR 2 060 to EUR 3 587depending on experience and region.
Annual averages reported: around EUR 45 000–51 000 for construction workers in Finland.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Visa & Relocation Support (for applicants from outside the EU/EEA)
- We assist with the Finnish work permit/visa process as needed for non-EU/EEA applicants: once the employment offer is confirmed, we will provide the necessary documents for you to apply from your home country.
- Travel to Finland: the employer will coordinate your arrival and provide orientation.
- Accommodation: we arrange shared employee housing (or assist with finding accommodation) for the initial period. Once you’re settled, you may be able to arrange your own accommodation with support from our local partner.
- You will receive full employment contract under Finnish terms & conditions and social security coverage. Through the Finnish system you’ll be eligible for pension contributions, unemployment insurance and occupational safety protections.
- We emphasise safe and legal working conditions: you will be working under the same terms as Finnish employees or posted workers in Finland.
