We’re looking for motivated and reliable people to join our teams as construction site cleaners Spring 2025. If you take pride in cleanliness and order, have some experience in construction-help tasks and know your way around safety practices — this job is for you.
About the Jobs
You’ll be working with our clients on construction sites—either new builds or renovation projects. As a construction cleaner you will:
- Clean and sort construction waste
- Occasionally perform more detailed tasks requiring a keen eye (dust removal, vacuuming)
- Ensure the site is tidy and safe so that construction workers can proceed without delays
We value independence, reliability and your contribution to keeping the project on schedule.
Employment Period
- The majority of contracts run through the core construction season (autumn → winter → spring)
- Shorter contracts may be available depending on the project
Locations
Jobs available across Finland, in various building-projects, both urban and more rural. The exact locations depend on the current client network.
Working Hours
- Typically Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30
- Extra hours/shift variation may apply depending on site schedule
Salary and Benefits
- Salary in accordance with the Construction Industry Collective Agreement
- Example wages: €11.94/h for beginners, €13.45/h for those with experience
- Occupational health care included
- Other benefits and site-specific extras may apply
Accommodation
If required, accommodation may be arranged by employer in certain locations:
- Single or shared rooms, sometimes private apartments
- Rent will vary by location
What We Value
- Valid construction site safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti)
- A safety-first attitude and reliable work ethic
- A basic understanding of construction terminology is an advantage
- Motivated, physically capable and comfortable working independently
- Basic Finnish or English language skills
For EU and Non-EU Applicants
- EU citizens: No Finnish work permit needed. A Finnish tax number and tax card are required.
- Non-EU citizens: Residence permit required. Cost ~€100–400. Processing time 1–3 months. We will assist with the application process.
